El quinto álbum de estudio de la banda británica de rock Keane sale al mercado el 20 de septiembre de 2019, bajo el sello Island y contando con la producción de David Kosten y Keane. Es el primero que lanzan tras el descanso que se tomaron a partir de 2014 (su anterior álbum, "Strangeland", era de 2012).

La mayoría de los temas son obra del teclista y compositor de la banda, Tim Rice-Oaxley, quien escribió tras canciones tras varias desavenencias amorosas, entre ellas un divorcio. El título del álbum hace referencia a los cambios surgidos en su vida, como evolucionamos a partir de una casuística previa.

La banda presentó el sencillo titulado "The Way I Feel" el 6 de junio de 2019 en la BBC y en Youtube. El segundo sencillo, "Love Too Much", fue lanzado el 8 de agosto del mismo año.
