Red Book es un álbum de Texas, publicado en 2005 por Mercury. El disco incluye 12 canciones, entre ellas «036», «Getaway», «Can't Resist» y «What About Us».
Sobre el álbum
Con Red Book, la banda continuó la exploración de sonidos pop más contemporáneos iniciada en su álbum anterior, pero con un enfoque más directo y luminoso. A diferencia del tono oscuro de "Careful What You Wish For", este disco es vibrante y optimista, con claras influencias de la música disco y el pop de los 80. El álbum se siente como una celebración enérgica y desenfadada.
El disco está repleto de ritmos bailables y estribillos contagiosos. Por ejemplo, los sencillos "Getaway" y "Can't Resist" son piezas de pop-funk irresistibles que invitan al movimiento. La producción es brillante y colorida, utilizando sintetizadores y arreglos que recuerdan a la era dorada del disco. La banda parecía estar divirtiéndose en el estudio.
