"Why Me? Why Not" es el segundo título en la discografía particular del ex Oasis Liam Gallagher. Aparece en el mercado el 20 septiembre 2019, dos años después de su debut en solitario, "As You Were", con el que obtuvo un gran éxito, llegando al número uno en Reino Unido.

En "Why Me? Why Not" Liam eleva el tono, con un sonido guitarrero muy del estilo tradicional del pop rock británico, con temas compuestos por el propio cantante. El álbum cuenta con la producción de Greg Kurstin y Andrew Wyatt, quienes ya colaboraron en el anterior trabajo de Liam Gallagher.

El título del álbum viene dado por dos dibujos realizador por John Lennon y que ahora pertenecen a Liam, uno por compra, titulado "Why Me?" (¿Por qué yo?) y otro que le fue regalado por la viuda de Lennon, Yok Ono, titulado "Why Not" (Por qué no).

El primer sencillo del álbum es el titulado "Shockwave", lanzado el 6 de junio de 2019 y que vino acompañado de un vídeo grabado en Budapest en el que podemos ver a Gallagher alejándose de un edificio en llamas o caminando a través de una multitud de manifestantes.
