Sobre el álbum
El cuarto álbum de estudio, que se añade a la discografía de Modern Talking en 1986, "In the Middle of Nowhere", es la prueba de la increíble prolificidad del dúo en la cima de su fama. Este trabajo es una continuación directa de su sonido, una nueva entrega de Euro-disco melódico que mantenía al grupo en lo más alto de las listas de éxitos de todo el continente.
El disco está liderado por el single "Geronimo's Cadillac", otro clásico instantáneo de la banda que sigue a rajatabla su fórmula de éxito. En este álbum se puede apreciar una producción ligeramente más sofisticada, con arreglos de sintetizador más complejos, aunque siempre dentro de los parámetros de su reconocible estilo.
"In the Middle of Nowhere" es el sonido de una máquina de hacer hits funcionando a pleno rendimiento.
