El tercer álbum como solista del vocalista de Radiohead, Thom Yorke, lleva por título "Suspiria" y es también la banda sonora de la película de terror del mismo título dirigida por el cineasta italiano Luca Guadagnino, una nueva versión el clásico de terror de 1977 dirigido por Dario Argento. El álbum fue lanzado el 26 de octubre de 2018 por el sello independiente XL Recordings y la producción corrió a cargo de Thom Yorke y Sam Petts-Davies.

"Suspiria" está conformado como un doble álbum, en el que se incluyen temas instrumentales, interludios y temas clásicos, todo ello formando parte de la primera banda sonora editada por Yorke. Si bien anteriormente ya había participado en la creación de temas para algunos cortometrajes, esta es la primera ocasión en que podemos escuchar temas de Yorke en un largometraje.

Thom Yorke quiso alejarse de la banda sonora de la película de 1977 interpretada por la banda italiana Goblin y decidió explorar más cerca de los sonidos de "Blade Runner", según confesó el propio músico.

Grabado junto a la London Contemporary Orchestra and Choir tras año y medio de preparación, la música estuvo lista antes del rodaje. En los temas se incorporan diferentes elementos, como piano, guitarra, flauta, batería y sintetizadores modulares. Incluye un vals para piano, titulado "Suspirium".
